Multi-platinum country star Trace Adkins new CD “Dangerous Man”, entered the Billboard Country Album Chart at No. 1, in its first week. After ten years, Adkins continues to build his career and fan base album after album. “Dangerous Man”, his 7th studio album for Capitol Nashville, was released August 15 and followed on the heels of two consecutive Platinum albums (Comin' On Strong and Songs About Me) - with the latter nearing double-Platinum status. “Dangerous Man” also marks the fourth consecutive album that Adkins has released where he has beat his first week sales record proving his career continues to grow stronger.

The Louisiana native has been one of the genre's most consistent hit-makers and chart mainstays. “Swing,” with its clever use of baseball metaphors in describing the art of romantic pursuit, became an immediate favorite not only with fans but with Major League Baseball, which debuted it on its website, helping kick off a process whereby it became a favorite at baseball stadium s around the country. Including his current single “Swing”, Adkins has released 19 singles during his career and every single has landed in the Top 25 with 12 of them making it to the Top 10; eight have landed in the Top 5. All of this, of course, follows in the wake of “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk,” the kind of no-holds-barred smash most artists can only dream about.

Rodney Atkins new single, "Watching You," Continues Rapid Rise And Hits Top 15. Following a four-week run at #1 on the Billboard country singles chart, the Rodney Atkins single "If You're Going Through Hell (Before The Devil Even Knows)" continues to generate heat as the year-end season begins. The song is a contender for most-played country single of the year. It recently regained its bullet to leap back into the Top 10 while Atkins' next single, "Watching You," – a song Atkins wrote about his son Elijah entered the Top 20 the same week.

Sultry country newcomer Danielle Peck is making a name for herself in Nashville, and at radio stations across the country with her hit song and video, “Findin’ A Good Man.” Peck recently burst onto the country scene with the hit, “I Do,” which is also featured on her self-titled debut CD released to critical acclaim earlier this month.
